Although our brand name is Hit Leather Jackets, this Return & Refund Policy applies specifically to our Pots & Planters collection sold through our WordPress online store.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all tags, inserts, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (Order Number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized Pots & Planters (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

Condition-Specific Notes for Pots & Planters

Please note:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
  • Small variations in handcrafted or decorative finishes are not considered defects.
  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery is not eligible for return.

If your planter arrives cracked, chipped, or broken due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason:

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

If you changed your mind (customer remorse):

Examples:

  • Ordered the wrong size
  • Ordered the wrong color
  • No longer needed the item

In these cases:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:
